




Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Entry Analyst to manage client onboarding, maintain records, extract financial data, resolve incidents, generate reports, and improve processes in the financial sector. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Data Entry Analyst to perform the following: Key Responsibilities: Facilitate client onboarding-related activities (e.g., document review and upload, AML searches, etc.). Use CRM and other company systems to create, maintain, and update customer records. Extract financial information from brokerage account statements and enter the data into various investment analysis systems and Microsoft Excel. Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents identified by functional team members and Financial Advisor teams. Generate ad hoc reports based on business needs and respond to related inquiries. Ensure accuracy of generated reports and information provided to other key stakeholders. Reconcile information across multiple CRM systems. Provide customer support by managing incoming email inboxes and routing emails appropriately. Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance simplification and effectiveness within the functional team. Comply with the company’s internal control policies and procedures. Other assigned duties. Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in data entry or customer service. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business, or related fields. Interest in the financial sector. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks while keeping the team informed of pending items. Salesforce experience (preferred). Proficiency in Excel.
