Requirements: Currently enrolled in, or having completed, technical or university studies in Administration, Economics, or related fields (preferred). 1 year of experience leading initial and ongoing training processes in Contact Centers. Prior experience in supervisory or management roles within a contact center. Ability to work collaboratively, lead, and positively influence the work area. Excellent communication and client interaction skills, with negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Availability for in-person work in La Victoria. Key Responsibilities: Develop schedules for initial, ongoing, and refresher training aligned with operational and strategic needs. Assign training content, evaluate trainer performance, and provide continuous feedback. Ensure new hires receive comprehensive, relevant, and campaign-aligned training. Adapt training materials and methodologies to changes in processes, products, policies, or tools. Ensure all training complies with regulations, internal policies, and quality guidelines. Prepare or update periodic reports on training plan progress, team performance, and training KPIs. Innovate training methodologies, tools, and processes to optimize team outcomes. Track submission of attendance information for initial training sessions.
