Positive work environment We are looking for an Architect / Interior Designer Job Description: We are currently seeking an Architect or Interior Designer to join our team. We seek a proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual with experience in residential design and construction supervision. Requirements: \* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. \* Experience in construction supervision and finishing works. \* Experience in residential project design. \* Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). \* Proficiency in SketchUp \* Proficiency in Photoshop \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). \* Knowledge of electrical and sanitary plan preparation. \* Knowledge of quantity take-offs and cost control. \* Immediate availability. \* Ability to work collaboratively and meet established deadlines. \* Availability to travel within Lima Responsibilities: \* Prepare and develop architectural drawings. \* Prepare electrical and sanitary drawings. \* Supervise construction execution and verify finishing quality. \* Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients throughout project development. \* Ensure compliance with technical specifications and construction schedules.
