We are looking for an **Operational Audit and Commercial Control Assistant** who will contribute to ensuring the integrity of commercial processes through audits, controls, and validations, guaranteeing compliance with internal policies. What will be your main responsibilities? * Daily audit of brand sales and validation of recorded information. * Review invoicing, reconciliations, and identify discrepancies. * Detect potential frauds, inconsistencies, or breaches of commercial policies. * Validate correct allocation of points, tiers, commissions, promotions, and bonuses. * Manage and follow up on chargeback cases. * Prepare control reports, indicators, and alerts. * Provide support to various departments in operational auditing, commercial control, and invoicing. What are we looking for? * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in auditing, internal control, accounting, or administrative areas. * Knowledge of payment vouchers, tax regulations, and validation of commercial and financial information. * Proficiency in electronic invoicing systems. * Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
