Being part of the great Pezonera family At Pez On in San Isidro, we are looking for you — if you have: * 3 years of experience as a cook in chicharrones and hot dishes. * Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Excellent attitude toward learning. * Minimum 3 years of culinary education. Your responsibilities will include: * Mise en place for the station. * Knowledge of seafood and traditional Peruvian dishes. * Preparation of appetizers.
