Opportunity for career progression A prestigious restaurant located in Miraflores is currently seeking Cooks/Kitchen Assistants who meet the following profile: Requirements: \- Completed secondary education \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. \- Available to work in Miraflores. \- Available for full-time employment. \- Available to work rotating shifts (opening/closing or closing only) Responsibilities: * Prepare dishes requested by the service area. * Place supply orders to the head chef as needed. * Adhere to product shelf life according to expiration dates and storage conditions. * Carry out and verify cleaning, disinfection, and organization of equipment and tools in the area, in accordance with health and safety standards. * Check the status of supplies and compliance with required quantities. * Perform mise en place and area production for service. * Report shortages, production output, inventory, and losses to the head chef. * Inform the head chef of any incidents occurring in the area.
