Management of operational costs and capital projects CIME INGENIEROS SRL, with 40 years of experience in the Peruvian market providing consulting services for Public and Private Construction Projects—including Urban Construction Supervision, Building Construction, Road Works, and Sanitation Works—is seeking one (01) MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR. **POSITION MISSION:** Supervise and coordinate the execution of mechanical maintenance tasks for the equipment fleet, reviewing maintenance quality to ensure asset availability and support operational continuity. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assign, distribute, and coordinate daily mechanical maintenance tasks (preventive maintenance, inspections, scheduled corrective maintenance) and unscheduled interventions for the assigned equipment fleet. * Supervise mechanical maintenance tasks assigned to personnel under direct supervision, coordinating with third parties for both scheduled and unscheduled work execution. * Monitor quarterly tool inventories, including technicians’ hand tools (tool kits) and the tool warehouse inventory (diagnostic tools). * Monitor order and cleanliness before, during, and after maintenance activities conducted both in workshops and in the field. * Review workshop-generated documentation resulting from equipment servicing, for subsequent submission to Planning. * Supervise equipment shutdowns and handovers in coordination with the Operations Department. * Control work orders and corrective maintenance notifications, supervising technical closure of work orders. * Support monitoring and preparation of weekly and daily electrical maintenance plans for equipment and facilities. * Implement contingency and/or action plans defined for unplanned shutdown events. * WORK LOCATION: VMT – SOUTH Requirements **1. Degrees:** MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, MECHATRONICS ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING **2. Experience:** Minimum 5 years overall **3. Technical Tools:** EXCEL (Intermediate), AUTOCAD **4.
