STORE MANAGER – LUXURY BRAND A renowned luxury fashion brand is seeking a Store Manager to lead overall operations at its store located in Lince. We seek a candidate with solid experience in fashion, commercial orientation, leadership, autonomy, and the ability to manage teams, ensure an excellent customer experience, and achieve sales targets. Requirements: Previous experience as Store Manager, Shop Administrator, Store Manager, or a similar position. Experience in fashion, jewelry, perfumery, watchmaking, furniture, accessories, beauty, or premium retail. Proficiency in sales metrics and target achievement. Experience in inventory control, cash handling, store opening, and closing procedures. High level of autonomy and decision-making capability. Autonomy in decision-making, coordination with other departments, etc. Leadership, organizational skills, commercial acumen, and results orientation. Availability to work on a rotating day-off schedule. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proactive, responsible, autonomous, organized, and strongly commercially oriented. We seek a Store Manager capable of leading the team, maintaining high service standards, overseeing daily store operations, and making quick decisions to resolve daily challenges. The candidate must be able to motivate the team, drive sales, maintain store image, monitor targets, and ensure an excellent experience for every customer. Compensation: Base salary: S/ 3,000 per month. Variable commissions starting from S/ 2,000 additional, based on target achievement. Potential monthly income from S/ 5,000\. Working hours: 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Rotating day-offs. Work location: Lince.
