Position Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Supervisor for a mining project, responsible for the comprehensive management of safety, occupational health, and environmental matters in mining operations. Leadership in safety training, inspections, and audits Project Management Engineers, a company dedicated to developing and delivering specialized services for the mining and industrial sectors, is currently seeking **01 SSOMA Supervisor** to support a project at the **Boroo Mining Unit**. **Requirements:** * Degree holder and registered professional in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience as an SSOMA Supervisor in mining projects. * Extensive knowledge and experience in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (SSOMA) within mining operations. * Experience in developing, reviewing, and controlling safety management documentation. * Knowledge of current mining Occupational Safety and Health regulations and client safety standards. * Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, implementation of controls, and preventive management. * Knowledge and experience in emergency response, incident and accident investigation, and reporting. * Ability to lead safety training, inspections, audits, and field safety campaigns. * Willingness to work at mining units. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with SSOMA standards during work execution. * Verify proper preparation and application of ATS, IPERC, PETAR, and other work permits. * Conduct field safety inspections and preventive controls. * Identify unsafe acts and conditions, implementing corrective and preventive measures. * Train and raise awareness among personnel on safety, occupational health, and environmental topics. * Prepare safety, incident, and SSOMA compliance reports and documentation. * Ensure adherence to procedures, standards, and client requirements. * Participate in project safety coordination and follow-up meetings. * Lead initial emergency response and coordinate corresponding actions per established procedures.
