At Zmart Works, we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team and collaborate in improving the quality of life of patients using our products in hospitals and private clinics nationwide. Requirements: * A highly committed individual. * Minimum 3 years of experience performing similar duties. * Completed secondary education and/or ongoing or completed technical studies. * Knowledge of logistics processes including invoicing, shipping document issuance, deliveries, chargebacks, and warehousing. * Warehouse and inventory course (optional). * On-site work. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. **Tasks where you will demonstrate your skills** 1\. Execute and comply with receiving, storage, and dispatch processes. 2\. Perform stacking, packing, unpacking, loading, unloading, arranging, classification, physical counting, protection, measurement, and internal/external warehouse distribution. 3\. Ensure all products comply with protocols, health registrations, waybills, and invoices according to company and/or client requirements. 4\. Maintain orderly documentation with proper traceability to uphold Good Storage Practices (GSP) certification. 5\. Carry out material loading and unloading for timely dispatch and respond to commercial requests. 6\. Support product transfers between company warehouses. 7\. Verify that company transportation vehicles are in optimal condition for deliveries and that suppliers comply with established requirements. 8\. Report equipment failures in the warehouse area (thermohygrometers, fire extinguishers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, etc.) to the Warehouse Manager. 9\. Safeguard delivered documents (invoices, waybills, health registrations, purchase orders, etc.). 10\. Maintain Good Storage Practices (GSP) regarding order, cleanliness, and storage volume. 11\. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, consistent with the nature of the position. 12\. Report mobility expenses incurred for punctual customer dispatch when not performed using a dedicated dispatch vehicle. 13\. Prepare samples requested for tender processes (as required), issuing the corresponding waybill. 14\.
