Administer and document REST/SOAP APIs for integration \*API, database, and SMS-area monitoring tools specialist\* **Job Description:** API and server, application, database, and SMPP protocol monitoring tools specialist for the SMS platform, with a minimum of 2 years of experience including support and operations to ensure the availability, integration, and proper functioning of the SMS messaging platform. **Responsibilities** **⁠ ⁠ \-** Operate and administer the SMS messaging platform (bulk, transactional, and promotional messaging). ⁠ ⁠\- Execute SQL queries for traffic analysis, delivery reporting, and message auditing. \-⁠ ⁠Monitor and schedule service platforms using tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, or Grafana. ⁠\- ⁠Configure and manage alerts, dashboards, and service availability metrics. ⁠ \- ⁠Administer and document REST/SOAP APIs for service integration with third-party systems. ⁠ ⁠ \- Conduct connectivity tests and validation for integrations with clients and providers. ⁠ ⁠\- Respond to and escalate service incidents while ensuring SLA compliance. ⁠ ⁠\- Manage messaging routes and agreements with telecom operators and SMS providers. ⁠ ⁠ \- Prepare operational and service quality reports. **Requirements and Technical Skills** \- Experience handling APIs, SMS messaging platforms, and/or telecommunications. ⁠ ⁠\- Proficiency in SQL queries (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle). ⁠ ⁠ \- Experience with monitoring tools: Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, or similar. ⁠ ⁠ \- Knowledge of API integration and consumption (REST/SOAP). ⁠ ⁠ \- Familiarity with SMPP and/or HTTP/HTTPS protocols (optional). ⁠ ⁠ \- Linux knowledge at the level of basic server administration. ⁠ ⁠ \- Desirable: Bash or Python scripting; experience with Postman or similar tools. **⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.** Salary: S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
