Job Summary: We are seeking delivery riders to join the founding team of a newly launching delivery platform, playing a key role in its initial operations. Key Highlights: 1. Punctuality, responsibility, and customer orientation **Delivery Rider — Launch Team \| Fudis** Fudis is a Peruvian delivery platform in its launch phase, with initial operations in Puente Piedra and Carabayllo (Northern Lima). We seek to onboard **2 delivery riders** to our founding team under a compensation scheme of **fixed salary \+ performance-based commissions**. **Employment Conditions** * Fixed salary: S/ 1,100 per month * Fuel bonus: up to S/ 150 per month * Commission: 70% of the value of each delivered order * Work schedule: 8 hours per day / 6 days per week / rotating rest days * Operating hours: 10:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. **Shift Distribution** Shifts cover the following time blocks on a weekly rotation basis: * **Weekdays:** noon and evening\-night * **Weekends:** morning and evening\-night **Required Profile** * Personal motorcycle * Valid driver's license * Valid SOAT insurance * Smartphone with data plan * Punctuality, responsibility, and customer orientation **Work Area:** Puente Piedra and Carabayllo. Operations will progressively expand to other districts in Northern Lima. Salary: S/.1,100\.00 \- S/.1,250\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
