Our **Machinery** team is seeking a **Rental Operations Supervisor** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to lead the accurate execution of various processes related to the Rental asset park across documentary\-contractual, accounting, operational, and commercial areas—effectively utilizing SAP, Dynamics 365, and Power BI—to achieve resource efficiency, increase process productivity, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.**.** **What You’ll Do** * Lead fleet management for Rental equipment: activation (onboarding), sale\-used (offboarding), location tracking, associated costs, etc., using available platforms (SAP, Dynamics 365, Power BI, others). * Also lead commercial management of assets and rental business customers: rental/sales forecasting, contract control (active, expired, up for renewal), tracking equipment placement into rental or sale as applicable, etc. * Fully manage rental business contracts—including required validations for each business process execution. * Manage the insurance procurement/cancellation process (TREC, RC, others) for fleet equipment—and lead insurance activation, claims, and indemnification cases. * Lead and implement initiatives to ensure proper compliance with internal business and company controls (ICS). * Lead the billing and operational damage collection process: actual equipment billing, document registration, customer communication/collection, etc. * Prepare reporting across various business areas: management KPIs, operational KPIs, and commercial KPIs. * Optimize related workflows and processes. Formalize them in relevant documentation and train involved team members. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Operations Control, Technical Service Control, Management Control, or Commercial Intelligence—ideally within Machinery and/or Machinery Rental companies. * Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Lurigancho (Monday to Saturday). * Strong autonomy, results orientation, and high sense of responsibility. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we’re building the future of mobility—and invite you to build it with us.
