




Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile Administrative Assistant for the industrial automation sector, responsible for customer service, document management, HR, finance, and logistics, ensuring compliance with company policies. Import coordination and inventory control An industrial automation company is looking for an Administrative Assistant with the following responsibilities: \- Provide customer, supplier, and other stakeholder support through various channels. \- Control and manage documentation, attendance records, SCTR and EMOS administration for staff. \- Manage recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, training, and separation of personnel. \- Handle petty cash and manage supplier payments. \- Organize, code, and process payment vouchers; issue payment vouchers and register invoices in the client portal or send them via email. \- Update accounts receivable and payable reports. \- Evaluate and select suppliers, ensuring compliance with established agreements. \- Generate and track purchase orders, maintaining communication with domestic and international suppliers. \- Manage and administer product procurement according to requirements; coordinate product transportation to ensure timely delivery. \- Maintain product inventory control and update information in the Odoo ERP system and Excel. \- Perform import cost calculations as required. \- Ensure compliance with company-established procedures and policies. **Requirements:** \- Graduate of Administrative Technician program / Graduate of Administration or related field. \- Experience: 2 years in similar positions. \- Training: Intermediate English (Mandatory), Intermediate-to-Advanced Office Software (Mandatory), Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 standards (Not mandatory). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
