Position Summary: A Process and Continuous Improvement Analyst who will optimize the organization's internal processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with strategic objectives. Identification of opportunities to automate repetitive tasks A leading Peruvian company in the restaurant and franchise sector—among the largest and most prominent in the country—is seeking a **Professional Intern in Processes and Continuous Improvement**. Your role will be critical in analyzing, designing, optimizing, and improving the organization’s internal processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with strategic objectives. Through the application of continuous improvement methodologies, analytical tools, and automation, the analyst aims to reduce costs, minimize errors, optimize cycle times, and enhance productivity—ensuring an agile and efficient workflow. **What challenges will you face?** * Document and analyze current processes. * Develop flowcharts and process models (BPMN, SIPOC, etc.). * Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * Implement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen. * Ensure continuous improvement through PDCA cycles (Plan\-Do\-Check\-Act). * Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks. * Evaluate technologies that optimize operations. * Define and monitor process performance metrics. * Present reports with findings and recommendations. * Coordinate organizational adoption of new processes. * Train teams on best practices and new methodologies. * Ensure process documentation and updates. * Verify compliance of processes with internal and external regulations and standards. * Propose improvements to ensure regulatory compliance. **What do we expect from you?** · * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Systems Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in process flow management and design, and implementation of improvements. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Advanced-level Excel (macros, scripts). * Basic-level Power Automate. * Basic-level Bizagi / Lucidchart or other BPMN tool. * Desired: Intermediate-level Power Apps and Power BI; basic-level SQL and Automation Anywhere.
