What Are We Looking For in You? Bachelor's degree as a Teacher or Licensed Educator in Secondary Education or related fields. Required specialization: Chess. Minimum verifiable teaching experience of 1 year in schools. Knowledge and experience in chess. Management and organization of internal and external tournaments. Leadership ability and capacity to manage teaching teams. Proficiency in Office tools. Responsibility, organization, and effective communication. Availability to work: Monday: 7:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday to Friday: 9:45 a.m. to 7:20 p.m. Saturday: 8:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. · Key Challenges: Developing innovative and inclusive learning experiences aligned with the institutional curriculum and spiral curriculum system. Supporting students' academic and socioemotional progress, promoting critical thinking and active participation. Direct coordination with the Chess Director. Hiring and updating the teaching team. Classroom follow-up and monitoring. Coordination with other departments. Monitoring internal and external tournaments. Engagement with parents and students. Support in report management. Support for any requirements requested by the Chess Directorate. Coordination with site directors where chess classes are held. What Do We Offer You?
