Ausenco is seeking an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer to execute and supervise field geotechnical investigations, including geological mapping, logging, and supervision of in-situ testing.

Our Geotechnical team is growing, and we are currently recruiting an Intermediate Geotechnical Engineer.
**About the Role**
* Execute and supervise field geotechnical investigations.
* Verify proper implementation of drilling, test pit, trench, and other geotechnical exploration programs.
* Conduct geological, structural, and geotechnical mapping.
* Perform geological, geotechnical, and hydrogeological logging of boreholes.
* Review the quality and consistency of field-generated data.
* Supervise in-situ tests such as SPT and LPT.
* Supervise hydraulic conductivity tests such as Lefranc and Lugeon.
* Install Casagrande and vibrating-wire piezometers.
* Characterize geological and geotechnical properties of foundation soils and rocks.
* Conduct geological-geotechnical mapping and prepare geological cross-sections.
* Prepare daily progress reports on activities.
* Prepare field and laboratory technical reports.
* Availability for site travel (14x7\)
**About You**
* Civil Engineer or Geologist with 5–8 years of experience.
Experience in planning, executing, and supervising field investigations and geotechnical laboratory testing programs.
* Software proficiency: Intermediate–Advanced Rocscience, Leapfrog Geo, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS.
* Intermediate English.
