I. WHAT DO YOU NEED? * Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering (mandatory) * English: intermediate level * Advanced Microsoft Excel * Corel Draw * Knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes (woven fabrics \- shirts and trousers, or knits). * Product development system. * Desired knowledge of pattern-making, marking, and accessories manufacturing processes. * Minimum required experience: 3 years in product development. * Must reside in areas near Ate. II. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES? * Analyze and define products. * Prepare technical specifications for the entire production process. * Prepare quotations; determine unit consumption. * Manage sample production and development of accessories/embroidery/printing/applications. * Perform other duties as required within the department.
