Our team in Peru is expanding, and we are currently recruiting a Junior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Mine Waste Solutions team. **About the Role** * Geotechnical characterization of soils and rocks * Participation in analysis and design of mining facilities (waste dumps, tailings storage facilities, and leach pads) * Participation in foundation design for mine structures (camps, equipment, plants, etc.) * Coordination, monitoring, and interpretation of geotechnical laboratory tests * Availability for fieldwork on a rotational basis (14x7) at site **About You** * Civil Engineer with 2 years of experience * Basic or intermediate proficiency in software: Slide, GeoStudio, PLAXIS, and FLAC * Basic field and laboratory experience * Experience and knowledge in geophysics (desirable) * Intermediate English **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth, and our goal is to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
