Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Specialist Engineer to perform Detailed Engineering for crushing plant projects in the mining sector. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in Detailed Engineering projects for crushing plants. 2. Experience in design and calculation of mechanical systems for mining plants. 3. Multidisciplinary coordination and technical support during fabrication and erection. We are currently seeking a **Mechanical Specialist Engineer** to participate in the development of a **Crushing Plant Detailed Engineering Project** for the mining sector. Requirements * Bachelor's degree and licensed in **Mechanical Engineering**. * Minimum **5 years** of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in mining projects. * Proven experience in developing **Detailed Engineering** for crushing plants. * Experience in design and calculation of mechanical systems for concentrator or crushing plants. Knowledge of: * Crushers (jaw, cone, and impact). * Conveyor belts. * Chutes, hoppers, and feeders. * Mechanical drive systems (pulleys, shafts, couplings, and gearboxes). * Structural steel supports. * Preparation and review of fabrication and erection drawings. * Technical specifications, data sheets, and calculation reports. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or similar software. * Familiarity with ASME, AISC, CEMA, ISO standards and mining-related standards. Responsibilities * Perform detailed engineering for equipment and mechanical systems of the crushing plant. * Prepare and review fabrication and erection drawings. * Prepare calculation reports, technical specifications, and material take-offs. * Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process disciplines. * Provide technical support during fabrication and erection phases.
