On behalf of our real estate client, we are seeking an IT ASSISTANT to join the team. Requirements: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in SYSTEMS ENGINEERING, COMPUTER SCIENCE, or SOFTWARE ENGINEERING. Minimum 2 years of experience in .NET programming. Proficiency in .NET and ASP.NET Core (Mandatory). Knowledge of multi-tenancy (tenants) management. Knowledge of appsettings.json configuration, connection strings, and security tokens. Knowledge of Azure Blob Storage management for storing multimedia files, documents, and email templates. Supporting integration development using APIs. Residence in Miraflores or nearby areas. Main Responsibilities: Web improvements for the company. Monitoring new IT implementations (pilot rollout). Support for business applications (RPAs, Web, Owner Portal, Real Estate CRM, AI Agent, Call Center, and dashboards). Development of automations to optimize specific departmental and business processes. Assessing and logging website issues. Employment Conditions: Hybrid work model. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. General Regime payroll.
