Job Summary: ARQCONSTRUCCIONES SAC is seeking a responsible and proactive architect to support architectural projects, drawings, and 3D visualization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in architectural projects and installation drawings. 2. Preparation of architectural drawings in AUTOCAD. 3. 3D visualization (SketchUp) and rendering (Lumion). The company **ARQCONSTRUCCIONES SAC** is seeking one (1) architect who is responsible and proactive and meets the following profile. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate or bachelor's degree in Architecture. \- Proficiency in AUTOCAD. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. \- Knowledge of modeling software (Revit, SketchUp, or Lumion). \- Familiarity with the National Building Regulations (RNE) and building permits. \- Immediate availability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Assist in the development of architectural projects. \- Assist in preparing electrical and sanitary installation drawings. \- Prepare architectural drawings in AUTOCAD. \- Perform 3D visualization (SketchUp) and rendering (Lumion). \- Assist the Responsible Manager with assigned tasks. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Work modality: Remote work – Site visits (occasional). Please submit an updated CV and salary expectations.
