Job Summary: We are seeking a Beauty Coach to advise customers, identify products and brands, and maintain the store in optimal sales condition while adhering to service protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise customers and provide an excellent shopping experience. 2. Identify and understand different types of products, brands, and categories. 3. Follow sales and service protocols. Join a leading company in the beauty industry! We are currently looking for a Beauty Coach (Sales Advisor – Beauty Industry). Location: Real Plaza Cusco Requirements: - Experience in retail sales and customer service, fast food, or similar industries. - Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. Rotating shifts (9 AM – 6 PM / 1 PM – 10 PM). - Knowledge of makeup, beauty, or dermatological products is desirable. - Strong communication skills and customer orientation. Responsibilities: - Advise customers and provide an excellent shopping experience. - Identify and understand different types of products, brands, and categories. - Achieve sales targets, transaction goals, and average ticket value. - Maintain a clean, organized, and sales-ready store. - Follow sales and service protocols.
