Job Summary: A leading logistics company is seeking a Billing Settlement Officer to review, validate, and settle daily sales, issue vouchers, and coordinate with key departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and validate daily sales 2. Issue invoices and other electronic vouchers 3. Prepare sales and billing reports Our client, a prominent local company operating in the Huachipa market and specializing in logistics, is seeking the best talent(s) to fill the position of BILLING SETTLEMENT OFFICER. REQUIREMENTS: Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in billing or sales settlement. Proficiency in: Microsoft Office – Advanced Excel, SAP (TO BE EVALUATED). Knowledge of electronic voucher issuance (SUNAT). Intermediate-level Excel skills. Experience with billing systems or ERP. Immediate availability. Residence in areas near Comas. WORK SCHEDULE: Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Saturday off) Afternoon Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM Availability to work overtime. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and validate daily sales recorded by sales staff or routes. Issue invoices, receipts, and credit or debit notes. Settle sales by route, including returns, shortages, and overages. Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and applicable taxes. Reconcile billing against collections and payment methods. Record cancellations, returns, and adjustments in the system. Prepare daily and monthly sales and billing reports. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounting departments. Control and archive physical and electronic documents. Comply with tax regulations and internal procedures. BENEFITS: Friendly work environment.
