Job Summary: We are seeking a Traditional Business Executive for promotion, sales, and portfolio management of financial and non-financial products, with a focus on customer retention. Customer retention and achievement of commercial targets Overall, we are looking for a Traditional Business Executive for our client ProEmpresa Financial Institution, a leader in the financial sector. · Responsibilities: Promote and sell financial and non-financial products and services; conduct credit assessments within risk limits; and manage portfolio recovery. Achieve commercial targets and retain customers. Conduct field visits and portfolio follow-ups. · Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Advisor, Commercial Manager, Field Advisor, or related role. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Technical or university education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Fieldwork experience.
