Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Programmer Assistant to provide technical support, application maintenance, development and execution of contingency plans, and optimization of procedures. Requirements: Technical or university studies in the final cycles of Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (*). One year of experience in similar positions and/or functions (*). Knowledge of computing and information technology. Proficiency in various programming languages. Knowledge of database management. Intermediate-level Excel skills. General knowledge of Information Security, Secure Development, or Cybersecurity (*). Availability to work in Surquillo from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (on-site). Responsibilities: Provide technical support related to technical information analysis and maintenance of the company's service applications. Provide technical support for the development or execution of the company's systems contingency plan. Suggest operational and control procedures to optimize application performance. Support the installation process of new or existing software, including program or equipment configuration. Report any failures, technical, operational, or security anomalies in the relevant areas, and follow up on resolution. Inform process area staff or other personnel involved about installations, changes, and improvements made to systems and equipment. Handle requests, incidents, and changes in the company's system databases. Comply with current company policies, rules, regulations, standards, and procedures.
