Job Description: We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for managing and processing databases for Commercial Intelligence reporting across traditional channel (markets) and modern channel (supermarkets) projects. The role ensures the quality, consistency, and timeliness of information delivered to clients, playing a key role in business decision-making. Main Responsibilities: Consolidate, clean, and transform data (ETL processes). Manage and maintain up-to-date databases. Develop and update reports in Power BI (Desktop and Service). Coordinate directly with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to address requirements. Provide user support and training. Track operational requests according to BI standards. Required Profile: Experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis. Experience in ETL processes and database management. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Intermediate proficiency in Power BI. Desirable experience in the traditional channel (wholesale). Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. Working Conditions: Salary: PEN 1800 (base) + PEN 200 (mobility) + PEN 100 (variable based on objective achievement). Formal employment with all statutory benefits under the general labor regime.
