Excellent work environment and professional growth At LeadCenter, we are looking for top talent to assume the role of Junior Legal Assistant, who will provide legal support in matters related to INDECOPI, claim management, and internal advisory services, contributing to the company’s proper legal and administrative handling. Objective: Provide timely legal support and advisory services on matters related to consumer protection, administrative procedures, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with current regulations and appropriate handling of assigned cases. What type of talent are we seeking? • Law graduate. • Minimum 1 year of experience in matters related to INDECOPI, consumer protection, or administrative procedures. • Knowledge of drafting legal pleadings, letters, and other legal documents. • Negotiation and conciliation skills. • Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. • Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. • Prior experience in handling claims and resolving conflicts is desirable. What will be your main responsibilities? • Manage and monitor cases and proceedings before INDECOPI. • Draft legal pleadings, responses, letters, and corresponding legal documentation. • Provide internal legal support to various departments within the company. • Participate in negotiations and conciliations with clients and third parties. • Analyze legal risks associated with claims and administrative procedures. • Monitor consumer protection-related requests and inspections. • Respond to legal inquiries related to company operations. • Maintain updated documentation and case file tracking. • Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
