Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators for a laboratory plant, responsible for packaging, weighing, filling, capping, and conditioning of cosmetic products, as well as supporting preparation and cleaning processes. Our client, a prominent local company operating in the AREQUIPA - CERCADO market, is seeking top talent to fill the position of PRODUCTION OPERATORS – LABORATORY PLANT · REQUIREMENTS: Minimum education: Completed secondary school Minimum experience / duration: Preferably 6 months in manufacturing companies; production operators in industrial plants Availability: Immediate Residence in areas near the Cercado Industrial Park · WEEKLY ROTATING SHIFTS Monday to Saturday Morning shift: 4:45 AM to 1:15 PM Afternoon shift: 12:45 PM to 9:15 PM · RESPONSIBILITIES: Packaging and weighing of products according to specified requirements. Filling, capping, and conditioning of cosmetic products (e.g., petroleum jelly, hair glitter, colognes). Assisting in tank cleaning and preparation. Preparing and supplying petroleum jelly. Capping bottles. Packing products. Operating filling machines. Conditioning of cosmetic products (e.g., label application, packing, stacking). · BENEFITS: Pleasant work environment.
