Manage operational and safety reports Tgestiona, a leading provider of professional business services focused on enhancing our clients' experience, is currently seeking a MULTI-SKILLED ELECTRICIAN TECHNICIAN FOR GENERAL SERVICES with immediate availability to work on a project in CUSCO. REQUIREMENTS: Technical graduate in Electricity, Mechanics, Electromechanics, Air Conditioning, or related fields. 1 year of CERTIFIED experience performing duties as a maintenance technician, multi-functional technician, electrician technician, air conditioning technician, or related roles. Resident of Cusco. RESPONSIBILITIES: Carry out all preventive and/or corrective maintenance activities within defined obligations, considerations, and compliance with environmental, safety, and occupational health regulations, by following organizational policies established for this purpose, aiming to reduce risks of non-compliance with applicable environmental, safety, and occupational health regulations. Execute corrective maintenance of minor electrical and plumbing installations, locksmithing, minor carpentry, or basic painting through diligent, orderly, clean, and reliable interventions, aiming to meet maximum response times for corrective maintenance. Properly manage operational, safety and occupational health, or environmental reports required for each activity performed in assigned preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, through accurate and timely recording of information in the media provided by the organization for this purpose, aiming to meet client requirements or current legal, occupational, and/or environmental regulations.
