A global firm specialized in talent acquisition and selection. · On behalf of our client, a leading pharmaceutical sector company, we are seeking: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR · REQUIREMENTS: - Technical or university studies in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in the field. - Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel (MANDATORY). - Availability to work night shift in SURQUILLO - Tomas Marsano 1255 (Ref: Municipal Carlos A. Moscoso Stadium) · RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise and control picking (unit retrieval), packaging, and dispatch operations to ensure compliance with established processes and regulations. - Update operational dashboards for daily/weekly analysis of operational issues, in order to propose action plans. - Structure the balance of logistics operations to optimize completion times. - Plan overtime for operational tasks to ensure daily assignments are met. - Ensure safety, order, and cleanliness of work areas. - Evaluate personnel under supervision; verify uniform and PPE stock. - Other duties relevant to the position. · NIGHT SHIFT SCHEDULE: - Monday to Sunday - 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM - 1 rotating day off. · BENEFITS: - Base salary: S/.2400 - Provis card: S/.100 - 100% meal coverage - Paid overtime - Bi-weekly and end-of-month payments - Enrollment in Adecco’s payroll from the first working day (CTS, Bonus, Vacation, Life Insurance per Law, Family Allowance) · · Adecco Peru values diversity and promotes equal employment opportunities.
