Job Summary: We are seeking Multifunctional Order Pickers to manage, prepare, and deliver orders while maintaining store organization and inventory control, with shared responsibility for cleaning. Collaborative environment emphasizing cleanliness and safety. **We’re still growing!** We are currently looking for **Multifunctional Order Pickers (Pickers)** for our **hidden store / Juan Valer Street 700, Pueblo Libre** \- The **Latin America SuperApp** promotes inclusion and equal opportunity in accordance with current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and prepare orders entered via the application. * Perform picking, packing, and handover of orders to the assigned rider. * Maintain store organization and proper product placement. * Conduct assigned cyclic counts and inventories. * Verify correct receipt and quality control of merchandise. * Ensure appropriate product rotation and shrinkage control. * Support operational tasks related to store operations. * **Store cleaning and organization:** Cleaning duties are rotational; however, **everyone is responsible for keeping the store clean and organized**.
