Position Summary: MINERA MH S.A.C. is seeking a Social Well-Being Intern to support the management of worker well-being and compliance with internal regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for worker well-being 2. Organization of integration activities 3. Management of housing and cafeteria **MINERA MH S.A.C.**, a company engaged in gold mining and mineral processing, requires personnel for its HR department, with its production site located in the district of Chala, Caravelí, Arequipa. **REQUIREMENTS:** (01\) Social Well-Being Intern. Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Social Work, Administration, or related fields. Minimum general experience of 6 months in mining plants or the mining sector (preferred). Valid A1 driver's license (preferred). Ability to work under pressure. Immediate availability. Availability to work under the 14\*07\ schedule. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing the corresponding shift schedules. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations. * Safeguard worker well-being. * Organize integration activities, birthdays, and other events. * Assist in managing SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Manage housing and cafeteria operations. * Assist with ESSALUD procedures. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **OFFERED:** \- 100% covered meals and accommodation. \- Formal payroll registration. \- Transportation provided.
