Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee activities, plan inventories, ensure compliance with procedures, and submit management reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with operational procedures We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to work in Talara: Requirements: - Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or other Engineering disciplines (licensed and authorized). - Minimum four (04) years of verifiable experience in warehouse management and/or administration. - Experience in the hydrocarbons sector. - Proficiency in performance indicators (KPIs). - Class A1 driver's license (mandatory). - Training in Warehouse Management and/or Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics Management. - Training in Hazardous Materials Handling. - Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. - Willingness to work in Talara. Responsibilities: - Supervise compliance with scheduled activities and tasks assigned to warehouse operational staff. - Plan and coordinate cyclic inventory counts across various warehouses, in coordination with the client. - Ensure compliance with operational procedures, work methods, and controls established for warehouse and supply operations. - Submit monthly management and KPI compliance reports, also reporting operational incidents and requirements to the client.
