A key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and complaint follow-up. **CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT – DINSIDES COURIER** We are a leading logistics and distribution company specializing in package pickup and delivery. We seek individuals with a service-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide timely responses to customer incidents and requests. * Review pending inquiries from the previous day. * Track shipments and complaints. * Contact customers via WhatsApp or phone call as appropriate. **REQUIREMENTS** * Customer service experience. * Solution-oriented and conciliatory attitude. * Strong communication skills and service orientation. * Responsible and committed. * Confident, proactive individual who remains calm when facing challenges. * **Preferred: Currently enrolled or recently discontinued university student** **WE OFFER** * Salary: S/ 1,200 + S/ 100 based on performance indicators. * Fixed schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). * Biweekly payments. * MYPE labor regime. * **100% IN-PERSON WORKPLACE:** AV.
