Provide warm and professional service to visitors. **We Are Looking for You!** At Peru InsideOut, we seek the best talent for the **Barista** position: a person passionate about coffee, customer service, and gastronomic experiences that represent Peruvian culture. **Job Description:** The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee-based beverages, providing warm and professional service to our visitors, and actively participating in Peruvian coffee tasting experiences targeted at domestic and international tourists. **Requirements:** · Technical studies in Barista training, Gastronomy, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred). · Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in cafés, restaurants, or similar establishments. · Knowledge of coffee extraction methods and preparation of hot and cold beverages. · Basic English proficiency. · Excellent service attitude, communication skills, and teamwork. · Punctuality, organization, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** · Prepare and serve coffee beverages following established quality standards. · Explain to visitors the characteristics, origin, and processing methods of Peruvian coffee. · Participate in coffee tasting experiences and related activities. · Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and work area. · Monitor supplies and report replenishment needs. · Ensure courteous service and a memorable experience for each customer. · Comply with food hygiene and safety protocols. · Support special activities and events organized by the company.
