Profile and Responsibilities: Join our team as a Cook in a Tex-Mex restaurant—we are looking for someone passionate about gastronomy, with experience in grilling and general cooking, leadership abilities, and love for their work. If you have a positive attitude, cooking experience, and flexible availability, we want to meet you! You will be part of a dedicated and service-passionate team; as a cook, you will be responsible for coordinating ingredient preparation and monitoring service performance indicators. Many of our dishes require grill operation for preparing Mexican/Tex\-Mex specialties such as tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and others. You will learn from a dynamic kitchen experiencing full growth and high potential. **Experience:** 6 months of kitchen experience including grill and fryer operation, and fast-food preparation. **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Preparation and cooking of items on the grill. * Quality control and presentation of dishes. * Organization and cleanliness of the work area. * Adherence to restaurant recipes and procedures. * General support to the kitchen team as needed. * Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation standards. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * A positive work environment. * Growth opportunities. * Compensation commensurate with experience. * Inclusion in the microenterprise payroll.
