INOXSER S.A.C., a company specialized in the fabrication and maintenance of stainless steel and/or black iron, is seeking a responsible, committed, and learning-oriented Project Coordinator (with experience in metal-mechanical companies) — Mechanical Engineer — to join our Projects team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develop and prepare economic proposals.
* Review bidding documents and terms of reference.
* Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets for project execution.
* Monthly settlement of work performed for clients and ensure accurate invoicing.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with deadlines, deliverables, and client-specified requirements.
* Present project progress reports to clients and management.
* Develop and implement action plans to address failures or contingencies, ensuring project continuity and minimizing operational impact.
* Conduct site visits and coordinate meetings with clients, both in person and virtually.
* Collect client feedback and propose improvements to products and services.
* Manage post-implementation resolution of technical and operational incidents.
* Create drawings using AutoCAD or SolidWorks
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or graduate of Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles.
* Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ERP — management systems.
WORKING HOURS:
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 7:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

- Salary: S/.3,000.00 (subject to evaluation)
