Therefore, we are looking for top talent to fill the position of: **TELEPHONE SALES ADVISOR \- DELIVERY CHANNEL** **REQUIREMENTS** * Incomplete or ongoing studies * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency * Minimum 6 months of Call Center experience * Availability for rotating and full shifts * Residence in nearby areas (San Miguel \- Jesús María \- Magdalena \- Pueblo Libre) **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Answer incoming calls and guide customers to achieve sales. * Meet assigned sales quotas. * Conduct post-sales service calls. * Respond to WhatsApp and social media messages, resolving inquiries and doubts. * Provide Logistics staff with purchase invoices for order preparation. * Schedule order deliveries. * Perform daily cash reconciliation for delivery personnel. * Submit daily sales reports to the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * Payroll enrollment from Day 1 * Base salary: S/. 1130 * MYPE payroll (SIS \+ 15 days of vacation) * Mid-year and year-end bonuses at 50% * Excellent team environment * Continuous learning * Career path and development opportunities * Corporate discount on purchases made at the store * Outstanding pet-friendly environment — we work alongside pets **SCHEDULE** * Monday to Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (48 hours per week) * On-site work in San Miguel If you do not meet the minimum required experience but have strong motivation to learn and a positive attitude, please send your CV to 977811910!
