We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst. Job Mission: Analyze, optimize, and supervise the organization's operational processes using data, metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields Proficiency in database management (Query, Pivot, Power BI, and data modeling). Responsibilities: Propose improvements to optimize time and cost (monthly balance). Define strategic KPIs for controlling the operational process. Measure productivity, response times, quality, and operational costs. Consolidate and present monthly operational performance reports to management, including analytical information, metrics, and improvement proposals. Recommend strategic actions based on predictive data analysis. Implement controls, procedures, and instructions. Manage databases, develop dashboards, and integrate information through modeling. Support planning and decision-making. Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions. Promote continuous improvement of operational processes by channeling proposals received from Supervisors and validating them before escalation to management for approval. Participate in the continuous improvement of the planning system by proposing adjustments to methodologies, scheduling tools, or automation of processes associated with process-based management. Attend meetings with institutional or strategic clients on behalf of the Head of Operations, where intermediate liaison is required for technical, logistical, and operational agreements. Design process flows evaluating bottlenecks based on Lean philosophy. Prioritize issues by impact and effort (2x2 matrix). Service planning through predictive analytics.
