Positive work environment **Integrated Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center** \- **FisioRIAL** has initiated the **expansion of pediatric services**, and therefore invites healthcare professionals to provide **individual and group care**, adopting a **multidisciplinary and holistic approach**. EARLY STIMULATION *Workshop format in small groups* Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 2–7 PM Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 2–7 PM Responsibilities: * Assessment of child development (4 months – 3 years). * Development of personalized intervention plans. * Delivery of early stimulation sessions. * Guidance for parents/guardians. * Interdisciplinary collaboration with the pediatric physiotherapy department. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or Licentiate in Psychology. * Specialization or diploma in Early Stimulation. * Minimum one year of experience working with children. * Knowledge of developmental milestones and early warning signs. Competencies: * Empathy and dedication to working with children. * Strong communication skills with parents/guardians. * Ability to organize and plan sessions. * Teamwork skills.
