Pleasant work environment The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is looking for top talent to fill the position of: **COMMUNITY FACILITATOR** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement the project’s Annual Operational Plan (AOP). * Address risk situations or conflicts within target groups. * Supervise the use of resources and materials. * Promote violence- and discrimination-free spaces. * Coordinate and monitor the activity schedule. * Encourage beneficiary participation in community activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Final-year students in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or related fields * Six months’ experience working with vulnerable populations (volunteer work accepted) * Availability to work in Cercado de Lima * Availability to work from **Monday to Saturday** **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1300.00 * Payroll registration from Day 1 * Career path * Pleasant work environment * Ongoing training Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
