Customer service and follow-up Job Description: Jet Peru, a Peruvian company with over 40 years of experience specializing in fund transfers and foreign exchange services, is seeking a Cash Supervisor for our main office located at Av. Camino Real N° 391 \- San Isidro. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical graduates in BANKING AND FINANCE, BANK TELLER, ADMINISTRATION, or related fields. \- Availability to work full-time. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and cash reconciliation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inform customers daily about **updated foreign exchange rate quotations**. * Manage **online currency exchange and remittance operations**, verifying required documentation. * Provide **customer service and follow-up** regarding the status of their transactions. * Perform **billing for online transactions** and issue receipts as applicable. **BENEFITS:** \- Salary: S/. 1,500 \- Full payroll registration \- Timely payments \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:55 AM to 6:15 PM; Saturdays, 08:55 AM to 2:00 PM \- Location: San Isidro Employment type: Full-time Work mode: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,450\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work mode: On-site employment
