Education: Technical degree, Bachelor's or Licentiate in Business Administration, Banking and Finance Administration, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Specialization: At least one (01) of the following specializations: - Financial system - Human Talent Management Department - Operational procedures and mechanisms for credit and collections management, as well as risk analysis. - Sales techniques and people management. - Project evaluation and/or financial statement analysis. - Other specializations related to the position. Experience: One (01) year as Branch Administrator or two (02) years as Credit Coordinator or four (04) years as Credit Analyst.
