Job Summary: BBVA is seeking an intern to support the design of management tools, organization of training sessions, coordination of schedules, and tracking of performance indicators. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** In Training / Internships (fixed duration) (in training) **What Are We Looking For?** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design of management tools and platforms * Support the organization of training for the commercial network * Coordinate schedules, participants, and materials * Track attendance and compliance * Review indicators (sales, goal achievement, productivity) * Support reporting and dashboards * Identify performance gaps * Deliver technical sessions on our tools (following prior training) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Academic background: Industrial Engineering / Systems Engineering, Business Administration * Technical skills: Programming, Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency, Data analysis (performance tracking, indicators); ideally, basic knowledge of Power BI or dashboards * Soft skills: Communication, Empathy (you will work with people from the commercial network), Influence (without direct authority), Teamwork **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
