Job Summary: We are seeking Merchandisers to manage points of sale, ensure proper product display, negotiate shelf space, control inventory and stock rotation, and promote products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages product display and positioning at points of sale. 2. Negotiates shelf space and product visibility to maximize sales. 3. Controls inventory, stock rotation, and product expiration dates. **Position:** **Traditional Channel Merchandiser:** South, Central, and East Lima. **Modern Channel Merchandiser:** Miraflores, San Isidro, and San Miguel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Visits and Routes: Daily visits to assigned points of sale (hard discount stores, markets, wholesalers, warehouses, minimarkets). * Display (Layout): Implement correct product display and ensure brand positioning. * Negotiation: Seek additional shelf space, improve product visibility, and negotiate with point-of-sale managers. * Inventory and Rotation: Monitor stock levels, check expiration dates, and rotate products accordingly. * Conduct product promotions and tastings. * Reporting: Collect competitor pricing and promotional information, and submit photographic reports of product displays. * POP Materials: Place advertising materials. Typical Working Conditions **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Benefits:** Base salary + mobility bonus + commissions.
