What will be your mission? Lead store operations to ensure an outstanding shopping experience, achievement of commercial targets, and proper functioning of the team and store visual standards. What will you do? * Lead and supervise the store sales team. * Achieve and ensure attainment of commercial objectives. * Provide continuous support and follow-up to the team. * Guarantee store order, cleanliness, and proper product presentation. * Monitor stock levels, inventories, and merchandise replenishment. * Ensure excellent customer service and shopping experience. * Actively participate in commercial strategies and initiatives. * Represent THE BOX’s identity and culture in every shopping experience. What are we looking for? * Individuals with leadership skills, positive attitude, and customer orientation. * Experience leading teams in retail. * Passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset. * Proactivity, organization, and problem-solving ability. * Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating shifts. * Experience in retail or urban fashion.
