Position Summary: This role involves performing quantity takeoffs, cost estimations, and budgeting for various projects, including the creation of APU and S10 databases. Key Highlights: 1. Performing quantity takeoffs, cost estimations, and budgeting for various projects 2. Creating APU, cost structures, and polynomial formulas 3. Building S10 databases for technical file budgets FUNCTIONS: QUANTITY TAKEOFFS, COST ESTIMATIONS, BUDGETING \- Perform quantity takeoffs for various projects in the portfolio. \- Obtain quotations from different project specialties. \- Create APU, cost structures, polynomial formulas, and others. \- Build S10 databases for technical file budgets related to highways, hydraulic works, buildings, sanitation, ports, and others. **REQUIREMENTS: Intermediate-level knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel** **SENATI or university degree in related fields** **\- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM** **Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM** Direct communication with suppliers. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
