Job Summary: Administrative and accounting support responsible for treasury management, payments, billing, and collections, ensuring adherence to schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Document control and tracking to ensure compliance. **Main Responsibilities** * **Treasury Management:** Perform daily reconciliation of bank transactions and safeguard access credentials to financial platforms * **Payment Execution:** Manage supplier payments, tax withholdings, and other financial obligations, ensuring proper documentation and accurate recording * **Compensation Management:** Support payroll disbursement, AFP contributions, and opening of salary accounts * **Billing and Collections:** Conduct monthly billing, monitor accounts receivable, and coordinate directly with clients * **Accounting and Administrative Support:** Assist in financial closings, audits, document archiving, and review of SUNAT/SUNAFIL email inboxes * **Control and Tracking:** Ensure schedule compliance and organize physical and digital departmental documentation Requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in similar positions * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * **Skills:** Proficiency in banking platforms, taxation systems, and intermediate-level MS Office Work Modality: Remote work – one day per week in the office Position Type: Permanent Salary: S/.2,400.00 - S/.2,500.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid in Lima, Lima
