Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to coordinate and plan preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure task completion, and optimize resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and planning of preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Management of technician assignment and work order tracking. 3. Preparation of maintenance compliance reports and indicators. At Wynwood Peru, we are looking for an organized, proactive, and planning-capable professional to join our Housekeeping team. * Responsibilities: Develop and update daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Coordinate the assignment of technicians and necessary resources for service execution, ensuring adherence to established timelines. * Track the status of work orders and verify their proper execution and closure. * Maintain up-to-date scheduling and control information using Excel and other digital tools. * Coordinate with various departments to promptly address maintenance requests. * Monitor schedule compliance, identify delays, and propose corrective actions. * Generate maintenance compliance reports and indicators for management. * Manage rescheduling of activities due to contingencies or operational changes. * Maintain constant communication with technical staff to ensure proper execution of scheduled activities. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and optimization of available resources.
